Help Desk Analyst of the Year

Meet the Minnesota Chapter 2008 Nominees.

The winner is announced at the November 19, 2008 meeting.

This award will recognize a Help Desk Analyst that exemplifies the best qualities amount Help Desk Practitioners in our region.  This award is intended for front line analysts who provide initial contact support via phone, e-mail, web, and/or chat.  The winner will have demonstrated extraordinary commitment, dedication, and service to customers, while consistently exceeding performance objectives.  The ideal analyst should be well rounded in areas such as technical aptitude, team orientation, leadership, customer service and people skills, and positive attitude.  they should recognize and demonstrate the importance of the sharing of information and problem prevention. 

The winner from each of HDI’s seven local chapter regions are invited to participate in the HDI’s Global Analyst of the Year Awards festivities held during the HDI Annual Conference & Expo. Robert Half Technology, the premier sponsor, covers each regional winner's conference registration while the local chapters cover travel expenses.
